Born and raised in the Barrie, Ontario area, Krista has an extensive networking system in Barrie and its surrounding areas. Krista uses that system to her clients’ best advantage. She has a passion for all aspects of the real estate business, but finds it especially rewarding dealing with buyers.

Krista also enjoys the strategic aspects of real estate. She loves developing and executing targeted marketing plans. Ultimately, she enjoys using her polished negotiating skills to help clients obtain a sale.

Krista has served first time buyers and experienced buyers of real estate, including investment properties, homes, commercial properties, waterfront properties, farms, and cottages. She has a wide range of real estate knowledge in order to guide clients’ according to their individual needs.
