- An extensive meeting at your home.
- Custom staging tailored to each client's needs and demographics. My staging services enable my client to get the most value for their property and maximize exposure to appeal to a broad range of prospective buyers.
- A handbook with staging recommendations, such as paint colours, furniture placement and removal and a reasonable plan of action.
- A return visit by the staging professional to ensure your home is ready to be shown to its fullest potential.
At the end of the consult, you should have all of the information you need to stage your home with the items you have on hand. I have also established relationships with stagers who have a wide variety of furniture, decor items and accessories available that can be rented on a monthly basis to ensure that your home photographs beautifully and grabs the eye of potential buyers.

A high-quality floor plan, when necessary, is an essential marketing tool to help sell your home, providing visual examples of layout, accurate dimensions & square footage and how each room or floor correlates with another.

I have an established social media presence to maximize your properties exposure. I ensure your home is showcased across my exclusive in-house networks and with a well-designed and user-friendly website to showcase your listing; I can pull in buyers and create a lasting impression before they even set foot on the property.
Brochures
A full customized colour detailed brochure will be prepared for your home and presented as part of the offline information package for buyers. An electronic version of the brochure will also be available on my website for easy access.
Print Marketing
Photos capturing the best qualities of your home, paired with detailed descriptions are included in various marketing media and advertising platforms to promote your listing, ranging from newspapers, mailouts to niche news publications.
Customized signage
This is one of the oldest forms of marketing, but still a very effective one. You will always have a professional, premium ‘for-sale’ sign placed promptly on your property. For waterfront homes, there will always be at least two detailed signs on the property including signage on the waterfront. Where required, signs may also feature details about the property or indicate “Private Property” or “Please Schedule a Private Viewing”.
Open House
At your option, I will gladly arrange for an open house of your property when convenient for you and when the market timing is optimal.
