Professional photography

Pictures are indeed worth a thousand words.  That's why the photographers I work with take the time to ensure the best visual qualities of your home are captured on camera. Photos include interior and exterior shots, and may also include aerial and twilight photos.  These photos are then featured online, and in newspaper and marketing brochures.

Videos have an important presence on the web.  A virtual tour of your home is recorded by a professional videographer and posted online for buyers to access 24/7.  The virtual tour is uploaded and will be provided as a link from your property's numerous online listings.


Brochures

A full colour brochure will be prepared for your home and presented as part of the offline information package for buyers.  An electronic version of the brochure will also be available on my website for easy access.


Newspaper listings

Photos capturing the best qualities of your home are included in this offline listing, as well as a short description that is clear, concise, accurate, and focused on all the prominent selling features of your home.


Customized signage

This is one of the oldest forms of marketing, but still a very effective one.  You will always have a professional ‘for-sale’ sign placed promptly on your property.  For waterfront homes, there will always be at least two detailed signs on the property including signage on the waterfront.  


Open House

At your option, I will gladly arrange for an open house of your property when convenient for you and when the market timing is optimal.
