Within the City of Barrie, detached residential properties posted an average selling price for the month of April 2017 of $600,354 an increase of 36% over April 2016. 

 

Residential townhouse, link, and semi‐detached homes in the City of Barrie posted an average selling price  of $438,091 in April 2017, a 41% increase over April 2016. 

 

Condominium sales average for the City of Barrie for the month of April 2017 was $348,312, a 45% increase  compared to April 2016. 

 

In Essa Township, detached residential properties posted an average selling price of $561,354 in April 2017,  an increase of 35% over April 2016. 

 

Detached residential properties in the Town of Innisfil posted an average selling price of $682,753 in April  2017, an increase of 56% over the month of April 2016. 

 

The average selling price for detached residential properties in Oro‐Medonte in April 2017 was $731,260 an  increase of 51% over April 2016. 

 

Detached residential homes in Springwater Township posted an average selling price in April 2017 of  $780,764 an increase of 51% over April 2016.
